Global reset
Reported done byThe Day 20 reset was reported fully propagated.
Timing details
The author reported full propagation by this post time. A separate allowance comparison verified a refresh in one checked account, without establishing its delivery hour. The announcement, timing reply and quoted completion count as one reset, using the public completion-post hour as its timing reference.Earlier notice: Oct 25, 2026, 03:39 · sourceStated timing: “By midnight PST”Timing update posted: Oct 25, 2026, 03:40 · sourceExpected before: Oct 25, 2026, 07:00 (Pacific local time interpretation) · Literal PST: Oct 25, 2026, 08:00The timing reply directly follows Day 20. Midnight at the end of October 24 in Pacific local time is the primary interpretation; literal PST gives the alternative upper bound. The completion post quotes this reply and appeared 2h 26m 12s later, before both bounds. This does not resolve the intended offset or measure account delivery time.

Reset announcedDay 18 was announced as another reset day alongside product updates.
Timing details
Application was independently verified in one checked account. For the hourly comparison, this record adopts approximately 01:00 Shanghai from the announced-time interpretation. The delivery hour was not measured; this estimate is counted once and kept separate from public completion-post times.Stated timing: “Landing tomorrow before 10am PST together with a small ship.”Timing update posted: Oct 23, 2026, 04:47 · sourceExpected before: Oct 23, 2026, 17:00The timing reply directly replies to Day 18. Tomorrow refers to October 23 in Pacific local time. This tracker adopts the Pacific-local reading, corresponding to 01:00 on October 24 in Shanghai. The announced deadline is an interpreted reference, not an independently measured delivery instant.Assumed reset reference: around Oct 23, 2026, 17:00 · uses the announced-time interpretation; account application was checked separately, not an exact global delivery time.

Reset announcedDay 17 was announced as a reset day. The author also recommended arranging Daybreak Blue access before an incident.
Timing details
Application has since been observed in Codex through a checked allowance refresh. An official completion post and precise global delivery time have not been identified. The announcement and timing reply retain their original publication times; the hour estimate enters the broader reset-timing sample without creating a public completion post.Stated timing: “Lands tomorrow before 10am PST.”Timing update posted: Oct 22, 2026, 06:55 · sourceExpected before: Oct 22, 2026, 17:00 (Pacific local time interpretation) · Literal PST: Oct 22, 2026, 18:00Tomorrow is interpreted in the author's Pacific timezone. The primary deadline uses Pacific local time, including daylight saving: the author also used PST during daylight saving in earlier notices. This is an interpretation, not a confirmed offset. The earlier same-worded October 2 notice and its later completion post do not resolve the ambiguity. Both deadlines above follow your selected display timezone; they are alternative upper bounds, not a rollout window.Observed reset timing: around Oct 22, 2026, 17:00 · hour estimate from a checked account, not an exact global delivery time.

A few things worth knowing

How accurate are the reset times?

Times are grouped by hour. Public post times show when a reset was reported; accounts may have refreshed earlier. A checked allowance refresh can establish application without identifying its hour. Only supported hour estimates enter the timing sample. Neither an observation nor its review time establishes exact global delivery time or an official completion-post timestamp. Check your own Usage page before using a banked reset.

More event-specific evidence is available under Recent public announcements.

How are the percentages calculated?

Historical avoidance is the number of timing records outside your chosen window divided by all included records. Report coverage is the number inside the window divided by the same total. We add the selected hour buckets before dividing; a 24-hour window covers every record. Work duration also sets the optional banked-reset advice window.

The current sample has 21 records: 19 public completion or action reports and 2 reviewed account hour estimates. Of those estimates, 1 uses the announced-time interpretation rather than a measured hour. One reset counts once. 2 announcements without an adopted hour reference are excluded, along with banked grants and unverified reports.

The historical baseline is 2026-07-27–2026-10-24 (90 complete local dates). Verified newer completion reports and reviewed account hour estimates are included immediately, through Oct 26, 2026, 05:41. The source sample was reviewed Oct 25, 2026, 06:49 · UTC (GMT+0).

Source fetch checked Oct 26, 2026, 05:35. Live coverage is incomplete; saved posts and clearly labelled unverified reports may be shown. Missing records do not establish that no reset happened.

These percentages describe historical timing references, not future-reset probabilities or guaranteed uninterrupted use. A global reset may not happen today and may occur outside the displayed hours.

Does this show the next reset?

When a checked original post gives an expected deadline, it appears separately from historical patterns. A deadline is not an exact delivery time or proof of completion. Your account's next renewal date is separate from an announced global reset.

Does a banked reset change my weekly reset date?

A full banked reset changes the applicable weekly schedule. Confirm the new date on your Usage page before planning around it.

Why are my times different from someone else's?

Every timestamp is converted from UTC into either your detected local timezone or Tibo time in America/Los_Angeles, including daylight-saving changes.
